How did you start the Brain Box podcast? We started it in September 05, 2021. The first season (5 episodes) was a solo series & for the first guest episode I invited Ashish Wattal, who was then the MD of Cisco. It got over 100,000 views on LinkedIn within the first 48 hours & as they say, the rest was history.
What's the growth trajectory of the podcast? Once it started, it had a great circulation amongst leaders. But it was Spotify's Award Top 10 Podcasts of 2022 on December 27, 2022 that sent it to another orbit. There was a 93% growth in 2023 & then a 12x subscriber growth in 2024.
